As the Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind our financial health and the guardian of our patient's peace of mind. Operational Excellence: Own the full-cycle performance—from Patient Experience to Coding to Billing and Collections. You'll hunt for friction points and use data-driven insights to solve them. Strategic Growth: Partner with leaders across Amazon Health to scale operations, leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency while maintaining a human touch Yield Optimization: It is not just about collecting; it is about capturing what we've earned. Our Revenue Cycle team plays a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence. Basic Qualifications Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (Coding, Billing, Collections) in a hospital system or primary care setting Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving financial targets Experience with medical billing systems, practice management software, and revenue cycle analytics tools Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to lead digital transformations, such as AI-driven coding or automated prior authorizations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
