Manager & Supervisor (Cleaning Services) - Super Clean US (Plano, Murphy, Wylie)
Super Clean US is seeking experienced Managers and Supervisors with at least 3 years in cleaning services for contract to hire positions. Candidates should excel in both client relations and staff management.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage client communications: Answer phone calls and handle quote requests professionally.
Order management: Create and dispatch service orders.
Staffing: Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Inventory control: Order and manage cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of cleaning service experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
