Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Job RequirementsAssist the General Manager with the operation of the theatreOversee all operational areas of the theatre including, but not limited to: Box Office, Floor Operations, Concession Stand, Bar, Kitchen and ProjectionMust have accurate cash handling skills, including the reconciling of tills and performing regular depositsAssist General Manager in the hiring, training and supervising of all Team MembersEnsures the theatre is clean, safe and properly maintainedConducts regular inventory and ensures levels align to expected business volumeEnsures the correct preparation, accuracy and timely submission of all required reportsProper and safe operation and maintenance of equipmentAbility to follow written and oral instructions, including all company policiesAbility to lift up to fifty pounds, climb stairs, and work extended hours as neededMust have or be willing to complete required Food Manager Certification and Safe Alcohol Service Training (TABC)Demonstrate a natural ability to engage with Guests, Managers, Team Members and Business Partners in a friendly and professional mannerPerform any other job related tasks assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General ManagerQualificationsAbility to multi-taskAbility to work independently with attention to detailAbility to work flexible hours including, most nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to communicate effectively both written and verballyWorks with a sense of urgencyMaintain the highest levels of professionalism and is able to adapt quickly or pivot in the face of adversityBenefits401(k) with discretionary company matchHealth BenefitsEmployee DiscountsFree MoviesPaid Time OffHoliday Pay of time and half for hourly Team Members that work on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
