About the Firm
A well-established law practice in Inverness, Florida is seeking a full-time Managing Attorney with five or more years of experience. The firm handles child support enforcement across Citrus, Sumter, Lake, and Hernando counties, in addition to workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability matters. This position requires an on-site presence (no remote work).
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a high-volume of child support enforcement docket (hearings in Citrus, Sumter, Lake, and Hernando Counties).
- Handle fast-paced trial work, often 60–70 cases per day.
- Supervise and collaborate with a team of six staff members.
- Maintain strong relationships with state agencies and court personnel.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight.
- Continue the firm’s reputation for reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Prior child support enforcement experience is not required.
- Litigation experience is preferred.
- An active Florida Bar license in good standing.
