Billing Operations Manager – Recruitment Agency (FM)We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function.This is a key operational role within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management & billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and/or Construction temp recruitment.What you’ll be doing:Managing end-to-end billing for temporary recruitmentEnsuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contractsLeading and developing a billing / operations teamWorking closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teamsResolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationshipsImproving processes, controls and system efficienciesSupporting reporting and month-end activitiesWhat we’re looking for:Recruitment agency billing or operations experience (essential)Background in Soft FM recruitment (cleaning, catering, security, hospitality or support services) not essential but helpfulExperience with high-volume temp workforce billingStrong attention to detail and stakeholder management skillsConfident systems user (ATS/CRM, payroll and finance systems)Team leadership or supervisory experienceWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary and benefitsHybrid / office-based workingJoin a respected and growing Soft FM recruitment businessOpportunity to shape and improve billing operations
