We are the embedded hiring partner to a growing professional services group seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead delivery performance across multiple offices.The business operates across a number of advisory disciplines and has built strong momentum in recent years. As the organisation continues to grow, this role has been created to strengthen leadership across the group and ensure consistent performance, service standards and commercial discipline.This is a senior leadership appointment focused on execution, leadership capability and portfolio performance.The RoleWorking closely with the executive team, the Managing Director will take responsibility for the performance of the group’s client service operations.You will work directly with Partners and senior leaders across multiple offices, ensuring strong commercial management of client portfolios while maintaining consistent service standards.A key part of the role is strengthening leadership accountability.
