The RoleA high profile, Leadership opportunity, key responsibilities will include: Develop, implement, and execute long-term UK and European business plans, securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the broader Global Organization.Maximize business opportunities and the overall profitability of the Company, by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, plans, forecasts, and KPIs.Manage customer relationships and satisfaction through customer services and product development.Manage and develop the executive leadership team to ensure a high performing team across the Organization.Actively involved in sales (when required) especially for larger contracts and customers.
