Position Overview:
The Managing Director will lead investment strategies, manage portfolio companies, and drive firm growth. This role requires a deep understanding of private equity, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful deal sourcing and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy: Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the firm's objectives, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

  • Leadership: Lead a team of investment professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with limited partners, industry experts, and potential co-investors.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions.

  • Due Diligence: Direct comprehensive due diligence processes for potential investments, including financial modeling and risk assessment.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present investment proposals and performance reports to the firm's investment committee and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of leading successful investments and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
