Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin-English) Construction Safety Professional to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site safety operations and ensure OSHA compliance

• Conduct safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks

• Provide Mandarin-English interpretation for workers and management

• Support communication during training and day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• OSHA 510 certified with 3–5 years of safety experience

• CHST/CSP preferred

• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills

• Local candidates preferred; per diem considered

• Available to start immediately
