First Division Consulting is hiring a Chief/Analyst/Instructor to provide expert instruction and analysis of Maneuver Systems, ensuring personnel are proficient in operational applications.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Develop and conduct Maneuver Systems training.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect operational requirements.
• Assess trainee performance and provide mentorship.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Expertise in Maneuver Systems and operational tactics.
• Proven instructional experience.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
