PAY RATE: Up to $32.00 per hour

Summary:

• Interpret and work from mechanical schematics and engineered drawings.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, vendors, and customer representatives during definition, buildup, testing, and acceptance operations.

• Perform functional checks and operational testing of mechanical systems and ground support equipment, including operation and maintenance of associated equipment.

• Analyze test documents to identify facility issues and develop corrective actions.

• Recommend and implement improvements to equipment, sub-assemblies, test processes, and integration procedures.

• Follow engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, technical documents, and formal instructions.

• Safely perform duties in potentially hazardous environments while adhering to safety protocols.

• Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience operating non-automated stand-alone equipment.

• Mechanical Expertise.

• Blueprint Reading.

• Mechanic/Technician Experienc.

• Mechanical Aptitude.

Desired Skills:

• Completion of a Mechanics Trade School.

• Prior military mechanic experience.

• Experience with aircraft hydraulics and mechanics.

• Familiarity with large industrial hydraulic power supplies and distribution systems.
