Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Castle Park (74 Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Castle Rock, CO and we want YOU to be our Community Manager!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Must live-onsite
Bonus Skills
NetSuite/Manage America
Manufactured housing knowledge
