Requirements
As our chosen Groundskeeper, everyday you will be responsible for light maintenance/general upkeep of the property as needed such as light painting, drywall, replacing light switches & water meters, repair street lamps and concrete. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Churchill Meadows (159 spaces) is a beautiful, manufactured home community in Eugene, OR and we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper!
To thrive in this role:
Have at least one year of property maintenance experience
Ability to use hand tools as necessary
Pool experience
Have the ability to Lift and carry up to 60lbs. unassisted
Work efficiently under minimum supervision
Promote positive, proactive resident relations
Capable of working weekends as needed
Valid driver's license required
Benefits
$22.50 per hour
Monday-Friday plus on call as needed
*During pool season schedule will change to Wednesday through Sunday*
