Job Description - Manufacturing Associate – Laborer (01023894) Key Functions Total Commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations. Clean production area - sweep and remove debris. Load and unload items from machines. Feed or place items onto equipment for processing. Perform preventive maintenance such as lubricating equipment. Interpreting work instructions adequately and successfully completing tasks as delegated. Safe start up and shut down of equipment in assigned area of responsibility. Qualifications All Applicants must have a high school education or GED. Steady documented work history. Willingness to work a rotating shift, day & nights, including weekends and holidays as operating conditions require. Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment. Ability to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be team oriented. Willing to perform essential physical functions of the position, which may include climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, lifting (50lbs), bending, and performing repetitive movement tasks. Must be willing and able to fit test and wear a respirator. Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment testing process. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen. The following qualification is preferred Two years employment experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
