Shift: First shift 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday

Job Duties:
- Perform the production and assembly of various products and parts
- Test the products to ensure they meet specified requirements and document the processing conditions
- Adhere to production guidelines and specifications.
- Keep accurate records of production and report any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products or other processing/fabrication equipment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shif
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks
Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issue
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
