Job Summary Hendrix Industries is hiring Manufacturing Associates to support the production of premium Techno Quartz Slabs. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where Team Members contribute directly to creating durable, high‑quality surfaces used in homes and businesses. Responsibilities Assist in the production of Techno Quartz Slabs, including batching, forming, and finishing Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard operating procedures Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Move materials and finished slabs safely using proper handling techniques Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets Qualifications Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus, but not required Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, bending throughout shift) Dependable, punctual, and safety‑conscious Strong work ethics and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed Work Environment Industrial setting with machinery, dust, and varying temperatures Physically active role requiring attention to safety and detail What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays On‑the‑job training and advancement opportunities Education High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Job Requirements Stand for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or balance Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
