Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role involves hands‑on work fabricating and assembling a variety of custom products. What You’ll Do Measure, cut, and assemble materials including aluminum, fabric and glass. Operate hand and power tools to build product components. Install hardware and fittings for awnings, windows and doors. Follow production schedules and work orders accurately. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Assist with loading and staging of materials for delivery or installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. What You Bring Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or fabrication preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and measuring devices. Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams or technical drawings. Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
