Overview Nesco Resource is teaming up with a client in Wellboro, PA. They are currently looking to add Assemblers to their team. Responsibilities Perform non-complex, repetitive work assignments that do not require prior experience. Execute work assignments in lamp assembly or wire/harness areas requiring basic skill and accuracy. Maintain product quality during operations. Perform tasks such as: Test/grease Sonic welding Vibration welding Hand pinning Stud terminating Wire cutting and stripping Harness prep lines Tap machine operation Molding plugs to wires and harnesses Splicing Engage in tasks involving ordinary physical exertion and mental and visual effort. Other Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours. Manually lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Push/pull containers of wire/cable weighing up to several hundred pounds. Rotate through various assignments with different working conditions. Perform high and low repetition tasks, including fine manipulation and accurate visual inspection. Apply firm grasping and cutting (up to 25 pounds of pressure periodically). Utilize hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, cable cutters, utility knives, etc. Manually push, pull, and bend wire and cable. Perform tasks through a range of motions from ground level to above shoulder height, including bending and twisting at the waist.
