BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Contractor I to join our team. The Manufacturing Contractor I will perform routine clinical manufacturing operations at Alnylam’s Norton Manufacturing Facility under direct supervision. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cGMP-compliant operations at all times. Key duties include operating production equipment, executing standard procedures, and collaborating with support teams to maintain seamless production flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the areas of weigh/dispense, solution preparation, equipment Cleaning in Place (CIP) and Cleaning Out of Place (COP), and small parts cleaning.
  • Stock and manage materials in manufacturing suites to ensure readiness for production.
  • Collaborate with support teams (Facilities, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Materials Management, Environmental Health and Safety) to ensure accurate and efficient completion of manufacturing activities.
  • Perform tasks in compliance with cGMP guidelines, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices.
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience in materials management and stocking procedures.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and manufacturing operations.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and production operations in a clinical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Basic understanding of GMP principles.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow safety protocols.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of GMPs is an advantage.
