Position Overview:
We're looking for a versatile Customer Service Representative to support customers and our internal team. This role combines account management, order processing, and proactive sales support to ensure smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and provide timely updates
- Process sales orders, returns, and quotes using ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with production/logistics for order tracking and lead times
- Support outside sales with account data, reports, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records, pricing, and customer account details
- Identify reorder or upsell opportunities with existing customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or account management (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Foam or industrial product knowledge is a plus, but not required
