We are seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer to join our team in the retail manufacturing industry. THIS JOB IS ONSITE IN ROCKWALL, TX!!!! As an Manufacturing Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating aesthetically pleasing, functional, and marketable products that enhance the retail experience for our customers and employ emerging technologies that add functionality and value. This role’s main objective will be to successfully develop/launch new products that incrementally increase our revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Insights, Product Development, Engineering, and manufacturing operations to bring concepts to fruition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial designer in the retail industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Experience with sustainability principles and practices in product design is a plus.
