We are immediately hiring a practical, mechanically inclined MANUFACTURING ENGINEER to supportourlargestmanufacturing facility at our CorporateHeadquarters; 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001 . This is a hands-on role focused on improving and maintainingequipment reliability, optimizing manufacturing processes, andleading plant-level engineering initiatives. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working directlywith production equipment, enjoys troubleshooting andproblem-solving directly on the plant floor, and brings a solidfoundation in both mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for daily plant operations,equipment reliability, and production processes Develop a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturingprocess—from raw material receipt through packaging of finished goods Lead and execute small-to mid-size capital and processimprovement projects. Manage the plant’s computerized maintenance management system Assist with environmental compliance, regulatory reporting,and sustainability initiatives Monitor plant waste streams and contribute to continuousimprovement efforts aimed at waste reduction and operational efficiency Experience and Skills: 3 years plus experience in a hands-on engineering or technicalrole within a manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technicaldiscipline is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will alsobe considered Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; experience workingwith industrial equipment Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Project management experience with the ability to managemultiple priorities Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, 5S, andcontinuous improvement methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and acollaborative working style Exemplify our values daily: Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation,Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally.
