In this role, you will primarily focus on developing and optimizing machining processes for mills and lathes as well as CNC programming (offline). You will work closely with design engineering to ensure manufacturability, support new product introduction (NPI), lead process improvements, and provide technical support to shop floor operators.
The Role:
Develop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
Offline CNC programming for mills and lathes using CAM software (MasterCAM – training provided)
Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and new product releases
The Person:
Manufacturing engineering background
Background in CNC Programming or Machining
Experience with CAD/CAM software
