Mankato, Minnesota (On-Site)


$82,000 – $92,000 + Bonus + MasterCAM Training + Clear Progression Path + Healthcare & Benefits


Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with knowledge of CNC Programming looking to step into a role where you’ll focus on offline programming, process development, and continuous improvement within a global manufacturer?


Do you want the opportunity to develop into a senior manufacturing engineering role within an international business that offers structured training on design packages and company specific products alongside long-term progression?


This well respected manufacturer specialize in precision machining and assembly. With a collaborative team of engineers, they offer a technically strong environment with real autonomy and career growth alongside training opportunities.


In this role, you will primarily focus on developing and optimizing machining processes for mills and lathes as well as CNC programming (offline). You will work closely with design engineering to ensure manufacturability, support new product introduction (NPI), lead process improvements, and provide technical support to shop floor operators.


The Role:

Develop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost

Offline CNC programming for mills and lathes using CAM software (MasterCAM – training provided)

Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and new product releases


The Person:

Manufacturing engineering background

Background in CNC Programming or Machining

Experience with CAD/CAM software
