We're Hiring - Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics) in Anoka, MN

Our client is a well-established electronics contract manufacturer in Anoka, MN, and they're looking for two entry-level Manufacturing Engineers to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering grad (or someone early in their career) who wants to get hands-on with real production environments and grow fast.

What you'll be working on:

• SMT processes, solder paste printing, reflow, and through-hole assembly
• Process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs
• Supporting IPC, ISO 9001, and AS9100 compliance
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with quality, design, and production teams

What they're looking for:

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with SMT, IPC-A-610, or electronics assembly, even from coursework or internships
• A problem-solver who's eager to learn the floor and grow into a technical leader

Comp: $65–75K | Full-time, on-site
