Job Summary

- Apply standard engineering methods to design, develop, and implement new or revised manufacturing and production processes for aerospace products.
- Integrate design requirements into manufacturing processes and procedures through research and development of methods, tooling, equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Lead planning and development of engineering artifacts to transform raw materials into finished products that meet design/system requirements.
- Provide guidance to design engineering teams on technical specifications to optimize equipment usage and manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure production processes and procedures comply with contract specifications and relevant regulations.
- Support the development of efficient and economical production strategies to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and provide technical expertise throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to industry quality standards, such as AS9100.
