Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

  • Experienced in Bysoft software - Shop Floor Module (CAD/CAM)
  • Hands on experience in Nesting & sheet metal cutting program.
  • Knowledge in Laser & Plasma cutting machine.
  • Should be well versed with shopfloor activity and integrate business data with production data using Bysoft software.
  • Leverage Bysoft for effective production planning, ensuring alignment between manufacturing schedules and business objectives.
  • Used Bysoft's shopfloor monitoring tools to track production performance, equipment utilization, and material flow, driving improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge in SWI creation Manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge in Kitting process Sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Basic Industrial Engineering skills (Lean, Continuous improvement, time study, VSM)
  • Basic Manufacturing Engineering skills ( Tools, Fixtures, Equipment, Layout, mfg. process, problem solving)
  • Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in time study, line balancing, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
