Excellent opportunity for a Process or Manufacturing Engineer to take on a key, hands-on role within a rapidly growing global manufacturer, offering a technically varied position with clear progression into leadership and regional responsibility.

On offer is a business-critical role where you’ll drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and manufacturing optimization , while playing a key part in building out the manufacturing engineering function across the site.

In this role, you will lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-mix, people-dependent assembly environment. You’ll be involved in project-based work including process mapping, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements, while also supporting automation and equipment upgrades. Over time, you will take ownership of projects and play a key role in developing the manufacturing engineering function, with clear progression into a leadership or regional role.

This role would suit a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in continuous improvement and hands-on manufacturing environments, looking to step into a role with real ownership and progression.

The Role:

Process improvement and optimization across manufacturing operations

Project-based work including cost reduction and process mapping

Support automation, equipment upgrades, and efficiency improvements

The Person:

5–10 years’ experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering

Strong background in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma

Experience within manufacturing environments (assembly-focused preferred)

Understanding of process optimization and project delivery

Proactive, driven, and keen to progress into leadership
