You’ll be directly involved in CNC programming, tooling, process optimization, and launch support - owning both the process and the problems.Why This Role Stands OutWork on fully automated CNC machining lines in a true production settingPlay a key role in new product launches and process optimizationBe part of a hands-on engineering team where your input actually drives changeHigh visibility role with real impact on performance, efficiency, and uptimeExposure to automation, robotics, tooling, and advanced machining systemsWhat You’ll Be DoingDevelop and optimize CNC programs (turning + milling) for performance and qualitySupport new product launches (NPI) for automated machining linesTroubleshoot machining, tooling, and automation issues directly on the floorWork with robotics, vision systems, and in-process gaugingSelect and optimize cutting tools, speeds, and feeds (turning-focused)Partner with production, quality, and controls teamsDrive continuous improvement in a high-volume environmentWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in CNC machining, with expertise in CNC turning (lathes)Solid exposure to CNC milling (multi-axis preferred)Background in a high-volume automotive or similar fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with automated machining lines and launchesStrong CNC programming skills (G-code/CAM)Deep understanding of cutting tools and machining optimizationExperience troubleshooting issues on the production floorExposure to automation, robotics, PLCs, vision systems, or gaugingBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldNice to HaveExperience with gear cutting, hobbing, or broachingLean / Six Sigma backgroundInterested?If you enjoy being close to the work, solving real production challenges, and making a measurable impact - this is worth a conversation.Apply directly or message me to learn more.#ManufacturingEngineer #CNC #Automotive #EngineeringJobs
