PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
  • Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processes
  • Complete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Development and maintain manufacturing work instructions
  • Analyze costs associated with production and processes
  • Monitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards
  • Provide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as needed
  • Other reasonable job duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • 0-5 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience
  • Any shop or hands on experience is a plus
