The Opportunity:

Join our client's dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer and be a key player in optimizing production processes and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions. You will work closely with various departments to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures for new and existing products.
  • Evaluate production equipment and tools, suggesting improvements or investments to enhance process efficiency.
  • Analyze production flows and work towards reducing waste and improving productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Conduct time studies and process capability analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train manufacturing staff on new processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement and project management methodologies.
