What You’ll Do:
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality
- Perform time studies, capacity analysis, and process evaluations to identify bottlenecks
- Implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Support new product launches from prototype through production
- Partner with engineering to ensure manufacturability and consistency
- Lead trials, pilot runs, and process validation
Problem Solving & Production Support
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis
- Implement corrective actions to improve uptime, quality, and stability
- Support operators and supervisors with technical guidance
Documentation & Standards
- Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
- Ensure processes are standardized, repeatable, and up to date
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean initiatives (5S, waste reduction, standard work)
- Use data to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and stabilize processes
- Track KPIs like cycle time, downtime, and efficiency
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance
- Support training and implementation of new processes and improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years in a manufacturing environment (CNC machining preferred)
- Strong understanding of machining, assembly, and metal processes
- (anodizing or powder coat experience is a plus)
- Experience with CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Lean / continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to be hands-on and present on the production floor

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of Salary pay range for this role is $80,000 – $110,00 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
