I am looking to hire a full-time Manufacturing Engineer for a reputable company here in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 & Full Benefits

Address: Menomonee Falls, WI

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 4pm

Hybrid: 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Support CNC machining operations through product definition and manufacturing process integration and control.
  • Create, review, and update BOMS in the ERP system
  • Ensure all materials, components, and purchased items are properly defined
  • Create and update operation drawings in SolidWorks’
  • Provide accurate cost estimates
  • Document and standardize manufacturing processes
  • Process improvement


Must Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a strong emphasis CNC machining applications
