Pay Range: $65-75 - W2 hourly

Job Description:

• Designs and develops manufacturing processes for products. Such design and development may include new or revised processes.
• Develops procedures in cooperation with quality and production departments. Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables; and services, troubleshoots and solves production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation. Recommends tools and test equipment.
• May make recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials.
• Communicates with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage complex manufacturability issues from identification through resolution.
• An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards, conventional machining, and special processes such as brazing, heat treating, chemical processing and/or painting.
