🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Design equipment layouts & optimize workflow

✔️ Improve plant utilization & manpower efficiency

✔️ Identify production bottlenecks & implement solutions

✔️ Develop performance & capacity metrics

✔️ Drive cost reduction & waste elimination initiatives

✔️ Ensure compliance with safety & industry standards

✔️ Lead training efforts across production operations

✔️ Troubleshoot technical production challenges

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Industrial / Agricultural Engineering (or related)

✅ 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

✅ Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

✅ Excellent communication skills
