What You'll Do:

    \n
  • \nComplete hands-on training: Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes.
  • \n
  • \nDevelop standard drawings: Create and refine standard drawings within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • \n
  • \nProject management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including the delivery of approval drawings, manufacturing prints, and bills of materials.
  • \n
  • \n3D modeling and layout creation: Generate detailed 3D assemblies and layout drawings for conveying equipment, ensuring precision and functionality.
  • \n
  • \nPricing model development and quoting: Design pricing models and prepare accurate quotes for custom, made-to-order components to meet client specifications.
  • \n
  • \nCollaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to align design with production capabilities and customer expectations.
  • \n
  • \nContinuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve design standards, and support cost-saving initiatives.
  • \n

What You'll Bring:

  • \nEducational background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • \nManufacturing experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • \n
  • \nMechanical aptitude: Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical concepts.
  • \n
  • \nDrafting software skills: Familiarity with Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidEdge is a plus.
  • \n
  • \nAttention to detail: Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
  • \n
  • \nCustomer service commitment: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Martin's standards.
  • \n
  • \nCommunication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • \n
  • \nSelf-motivation and goal orientation: Proactive with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
