Description:
***Only qualified Manufacturing Engineer candidates located within 50 miles of the Peoria, IL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Our client is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Engineer to support the Manufacturing Project Engineer and Manager to own and manage NCI master layout management.

Education & Experience Required:
Project layout management (develop and act as a master owner on revision change) at least 10 years
Facility engineering experience (electrical, air, water, structure, equipment installation) at least 10 years
Capital Project management experience (coordination between different project managers) at least 10 years
High School Diploma and/or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
At least 5 years of AutoCAD experience

Required Technical Skills:
Microsoft O365 applications
AutoCAD (extensive AutoCAD layout management and power user experience)

Desired Technical Skills:
Project Management, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, AutoCAD layout management experience (different layers, change process, revision release etc)

Required Soft Skills:
Fluent communications, growth mindset
Ability to work independently and with a team

Position's Contributions to Work Group:
In charge of layout management, which include:
Update Master
Manage revision
Coordination between different leaders and functions
Layout validation (2D, 3D and in person shop floor validation)
A point of contact to manage project layouts for various ongoing projects to eliminate errors and improve communications
New opportunity to learn about Client's New Capital Introduction (NCI) processes. New product asset / process / launch and learn about new technology
