Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing / Mechanical or related)
  • 3+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer (Medical Device preferred)
  • CNC machining experience (programming is a plus)
  • Equipment & process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (FDA, ISO, QSR)
  • Process development & improvement (Lean, 6S, DMAIC)
  • Statistical analysis (Cpk, DOE, Minitab or similar)
  • Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks)
  • Understanding of materials, design for manufacturability & reliability
  • Strong documentation & communication skills
