Location: Plano, TX 75024

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I to support production, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve processes, and validate new equipment in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
Monitor yield, scrap, and defect data.
Drive process improvements.
Support IQ/OQ/PQ equipment and process validation.
Perform root cause analysis (5 Why, 6M).
Work with Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
Ensure FDA/ISO compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
0 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of FDA/ISO manufacturing.
Lean, Six Sigma, Minitab/JMP, ERP/MES, or internship experience is a plus.
