Description:
- Evaluation of production equipment Production support and process validation Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment Protocol and report writing Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation Work with cross functional teams as required Develop and implement process improvements
- Work in 2 locations: o Plymouth (80%) working with 3 other people, engineers and maintenance o Minnetonka (20%) working with 3 engineers
- 1-5 years' experience in molding background
- New equipment qualification look at down issues, malfunctions, tooling identifications correcting issues with team
- Looking for some experience with injection molding manufacturing
- BA in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Qualification of equipment experience
- Line support: equipment troubleshooting, smaller tooling
- Work with suppliers on purchasing tooling and equipment qualifying as well
- Med Device experience highly preferred, not required
- Documentation skills
- MS Office experience preferred
- Communication written and oral
- Interview Process: phone screen first round, 2-3 person panel onsite
