Manufacturing Engineer Apply
A client of ours is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production readiness, supplier performance, and process improvement across a multi-site manufacturing network. This role will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure tooling, production lines, and quality systems are operating effectively. Responsibilities Support supplier production launches, tooling readiness, and line qualifications Conduct process audits, inspections, and manufacturing validations Troubleshoot production and quality issues at supplier sites Improve processes involving stamping, machining, casting, extrusion, or fabrication Create SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to drive readiness and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or production experience Experience with metal stamping, machining, casting, sheet metal, extrusion, or similar processes Background in supplier qualification, PPAP, tooling, or line validation preferred Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel approximately 30–40% to supplier and production sites An Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
