Location: Scarborough, ME - 04074
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Description:

  • Evaluation of production equipment Production support and process validation
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment
  • Protocol and report writing
  • Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation
  • Work with cross functional teams as required
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Increasing capacity for growing lines in Med device.
  • Manufacturing engineer skilled in manufacturing line support, product, and quality.
  • Ability to evaluate production equipment.
  • Able to perform a process validation.
  • There are two pieces of equipment secured to support the expansion of the production line. This equipment will need to go through the process validations specifically IQ, OQ, PQ.
  • Work cross-functionally with other manufacturing managers.
  • Lean Six Sigma background will be a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required for the role (Engineering degree: Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in process validation.
  • Open to candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in process validation, installation qualification, and performance qualification.
  • Experience with line support, troubleshooting equipment, and understanding of general manufacturing procedures, write procedures, and support line operators/group leads, process validation exp.
  • Medical device experience.

Interview Process:

  • Phone screening followed by an onsite panel interview.
