Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
