As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing our production processes, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards while maximizing efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and optimize production performance.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and specify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Provide training to production staff on new processes and improvements.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to foster continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or related field work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with manufacturing tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
