As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing our production processes, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards while maximizing efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and optimize production performance.
- Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and specify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Provide training to production staff on new processes and improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to foster continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or related field work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with manufacturing tools and technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
