Boost production quality and safety by implementing error‑proofing (Poka‑Yoke) systems and enhancing ergonomics for our teams. What We’re Looking For You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering. You are a natural collaborator, able to communicate and work effectively with everyone from the shop floor to the management team. You are a hands‑on problem‑solver, comfortable using basic tools and eager to learn about new manufacturing equipment and processes. Experience with CAD, simulation, PLC, or C++ is a plus, but your curiosity and drive to learn are what matter most. You are available to work a flexible 10‑20 hours per week during the semester and full‑time during the summer at our Ames, Iowa location.
