We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026 in Racine, WI.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with members of the Operations team to develop, maintain, or improve standardized processes within the manufacturing facility
  • Document tooling, fixturing, gaging, lifting devices, and other equipment
  • Learning/writing coded programs for multi-axis CNC machines
  • Designing/prototyping assembly/manufacturing support fixtures and tools
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement.  
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) from an accredited university.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Experience working as part of a team and independently in an autonomous work environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Suite
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
