This role requires a high level of execution and accountability, as well as expertise in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 13+ Manufacturing Engineers, ensuring daily accountability and high performance.Develop and implement processes for manufacturing readiness reviews and engineering change orders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.Provide coaching and guidance to the team on tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, Siemens NX, and Fibersim.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Management role.Preferred background in aerospace, with consideration for candidates from second-tier aerospace providers.Expertise in composite materials, specifically carbon fiber.Proven experience in process improvement and continuous improvement/Lean Sigma methodologies.Familiarity with tools and software including JIRA, Confluence, Siemens NX, and Fibersim.
