Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
Founded in 1977, we design and manufacture premium modern office furniture for leading corporate clients across the U.S. As demand continues to grow, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will guide engineering strategy, elevate production performance, and lead a high-impact team driving process excellence across the plant.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, overseeing daily operations and driving performance
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to boost quality, efficiency, and overall plant profitability
- Direct and execute new product introductions, ensuring smooth implementation and cross-functional alignment
- Provide rapid product and process support to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and maintain strong technical documentation standards
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or process engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Lean/continuous improvement experience
- Project management
- CAD
- ERP
