Job Description:

• Bs degree with 5 years experience
• Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support
• Design & Implement tooling, assembly process planning, material handling equipment design
• Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process
• Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost
• layout planning, production planning & control, lean implementation
• Time and motion study then line balancing
• Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity
• Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices
• Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements
• Quality checking gauges
• Complete CN work support at level E4 stage
• BOM & ROUTING
• Costing for parts and assembly, validation support, Material flow and process support follow up with projects interaction with customer
• Vendor management for project and support to continuous improvement process
• 5S line support for line implementation
• Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup.
