Job Description:-
Assist in providing assembly planning support for Building Construction product/ Earth moving Equipments.
Prioritize and work on Virtual Build & Paper Build activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) for the products manufactured at this facility to enable early process validation
Update standard work and visual work instructions as needed following established standard and guidelines
Carry out continuous improvement projects to assist with better through put and quality for product lines being manufactured including Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Responsible for supporting the manufacturing operation by providing tooling, processes, equipment, etc. to provide for the needs of the shop operations.
Coordinates the introduction of new machines (NPI) and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture of quality parts in alignment with APQP.
Ensures optimum utilization of equipment and space by coordinating the layout of areas such as storage areas, test equipment, etc. to accommodate the changing production requirements.
Establishes standards and works with shop personnel to resolve problems related to process, tooling, equipment, etc.
Coordinate's cost reduction projects which include tool design, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout design, standards, releasing, etc.
Coordinate's capital projects for process enhancement and to improve customer satisfaction, conducting research and ensuring proper approvals
