Adecco is hiring immediately for this Manufacturing Machine Operator job with Lindt in Stratham, NH. Weekly pay starting at $16.50-$21.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We have openings on 3rd shift.

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines. In addition, this individual ensures that all safety and quality standards are consistently met within a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED along with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, they must possess basic computer skills, effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to take direction and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. They will also need technical skills as it relates to machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot, along with the ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment, demonstrated hand/eye coordination, and flexibility to meet rotational shift changes, as required.
